Looks like it was shot on video.. so it was most likely created after FC andDC had stopped producing loops.
My thought was that some of the FC loops were part of long feature films then republished into loops.
Most of the Fantasy Clubs loops with audio on the site are part of long length feature films, and there is so much more extra footage than the regular loops.
