Is the original Version music only or is there one with the actual german dialogues?

For some reason or another there has never been a German spoken version found. The version with music only was released in sepia (virtually no color). The English dubbed version has better color quality. When Hans Billian was doing these short loops he used Super 8mm film so I cannot understand why there is no German version for this video.
